We bought a Mini Cooper s from KCS the whole sale was handled professionally and friendly with Lewis looking after us, we drove down from Nottingham to part exchange our old Cooper s and drove back with our new car which we are delighted with. Lewis looked after us making us a coffee after our two and half drive down to Surrey. The sale was no pressure we had a good test drive and we sealed the deal wife and I would definitely recommend buying a car from KCS.
We had a great experience buying our car at KCS. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. There was no ‘hard sell’ or pressure on buying. On collection everything had been sorted and printed for our convenience, would recommend.
The reception we received at KCS Surrey was very welcoming and Chris Hayre listen to our requirements and showed us all the cars of interest. We had no doubt that KCS cares for its customers. We decided to spend £17,000 on a Mini Cooper S feeling assured that doing business with KCS was professional yet person. All the staff were courteous and the transaction was painless. Everything that was promised was forthcoming and we have no hesitation in recommending KCS to anyone who wants peace of mind when buying a car.
I cannot recommend KCS of Surrey highly enough. Customer centred through and through. Car sales man Chris was personable, knowledgeable and professional, he took time and care to go through everything with me and took care of my part exchange too. I was nervous initially to take the Mini out on a test drive, but Chris was patient and reassuring. I didn't feel pressured into buying through-out... I am now starting a new driving relationship with my Mini Countryman, thank you KCS of Surrey
I didnot buy a car from KCS of Surrey but I would like to share the fantastic experience I had from young Lewis Nye during my visit. We were assigned to Lewis to facilitate the viewing. Lewis had sound knowledge of the cars in his garage. He listened to our requirements, gave technical suggestions, personal views and made us feel valuable. He was very helpful and made us feel easy by offering to make the sale easier and flexible. Unfortunately, we did not buy from KCS as we decided to go for a different car KCS did not have in stock at that time. I wish Lewis and the team at KCS the very best.
I found a car through AutoTrader and booked a test drive with KCS for the next available appointment. I dealt with Chris from start to finish and he was absolutely brilliant. I originally test drove one car and then decided I wanted a better specification car and Chris sat down with me and went through all of my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and he arranged a test drive for later that day. The second car I test drove was great, it was a 15 minute test drive which was nice because some other places rush a test drive and just take you around the block. When I agreed to buy the car, Chris walked me through everything about the car including service history, warranty, financing and features. He printed out the service history for me and even ordered me a pen for some touch ups and did them while I waited. Throughout the whole process Chris was friendly, super helpful, welcoming and never pressured me into making a decision. He said I can always pop in there if I need anything. I'd highly recommend KCS to anyone wanting a car, especially a Mini because they have loads in stock!
This was my first experience of purchasing a car after the death of my husband. Chris was very helpful and very patient. After a few hiccups I purchased a fabulous mini countryman which I’m really happy with. They have a brilliant range of minis possibly one of the best locally to me along with other other makes. Would recommend
Fantastic experience We just arrived home after buying our daughter's first car from KCS and wanted to say rest assured when dealing with this fine company. The service from first point of contact to handing over the keys was second to none. Thank you Lewis; we will keep KCS in our favourites.
Brought my Ford Mustang from this Dealership today , I have never experienced such a fantastic, easy process , Amar really kept me informed and updated on the princess and the prep for my car upon collection . There was no pressure at all in the whole process. Thank you Team!!
Bought a lovely car from KCS the experience was ok, however the so called “premium preparation package” was a joke I picked it up with a NEW MOT how it ever got a new MOT is beyond me as the front driver’s side tyre has a lump half the size of an egg on it. The oil level is just over half full, oh I forgot to say it was serviced before I picked it up! So over call I was lucky with the car but your service is shocking.
