Very professional and did a wonderful job on my car. Nice customer waiting area with sofas and drinks machine. They clearly need more customer service personnel at the desks as the three there were struggling with the work load and understandably stressed. Although the customer service aspect was fine and the personnel as helpful and polite as possible it was a little uncomfortable and could be improved by investing in more staff.

The customer service was fantastic. First time buyer so I wasn’t sure what I wanted or how I wanted to go about it. David Connor was amazing and very friendly. He found me a lovely car with a great deal. Thank you so much 😃

OK they were under a refurb. Splitting in two for Citroën and Peugeot showies. I always find it have to do the chasing. Again they were short staffed but people are looking for work. My assistant was very helpful. And so I rate accordingly.

We found the experience of buying a car straight forward and pleasant. The whole process of welcoming us, going for a test drive and completing the formalities of buying the car was handled in a friendly, helpful and professional manner by Adam.
