I recently visited Stellantis Walton to look at a Peugeot 408, and I couldn't have asked for better service from Susan McGow.nnSusan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided clear and honest information, and was very patient while I compared different models, including the Peugeot 3008. There was never any pressure, just genuine advice and support to help me make the right decision.nnSusan arranged a test drive in the 408, which really helped me get a feel for the car. Although I ultimately found the specific vehicle I purchased through the Stellantis website, it was Susan who sold the car to me. Her knowledge, professionalism and customer-focused approach gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.nnA real credit to Stellantis Walton. Thank you, Susan, for making the whole experience so enjoyable and straightforward.

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was treated very respectfully and professionally by a rather young lady whose name is Leticia she made me feel quite comfortable and un harassed and unhurried. I went through a lot of things with me. I managed to actually book a test drive when I wanted it unfortunately it was her day off when I got there but the car I actually ended up buying was a pre-registered 208 not the colour that I really wanted but nevertheless I took it out for a test drive. I didn’t go to the full route I didn’t need to. I decided I wanted it straight away. It was Carlos that came with me. He also was extremely good. He answered every single question. I asked again very politely and professionally so I’m going to have this car adapted so I can drive it with my left leg instead of my right I went back again just look inside again and look at the boot et cetera and I still haven’t changed my mind. I’ve put the deposit down and everything is actually organised now. I’ve got a personalised numberplate but I won’t put that on until I actually own the car but the adaption is organised from the information they got for me when I asked for it and that’s booked so as soon as I know when they’re going to be coming and the company fitting the adaption are going to phone me I will go down and pay for the car so when the man comes all I have to do with him is settle up for the 50% of the cost they’re not charging me VAT of course Which again is another plus and I’m absolutely delighted with the car. It’s not the colour I really wanted but for me a car is to get from a to B and by having the adaption it means I can actually drive it a lot further so yeah I’d give them 100% at least if not more I’ve had a Peugeot car before but that was many years ago. I was still pleased with that at the time, but this is a beautiful showroom now thank you very much. Peugeot for looking after me so well.

I’ve been a customer at this dealership for over 15 years, and that loyalty is largely down to Hazel, the Service Manager. Most recently, I had to have a side mirror replaced, and as always, her service was absolutely impeccable.nnHazel consistently goes above and beyond. Hazel is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about her customers. It’s rare to find someone with such a strong service ethic, and she’s the reason I’ve continued to return year after year.nnHighly recommend both Hazel and the team here, they’re outstanding service every time.
