Don’t waste your money on an Aston Martin you’ll be driving a car that’s brakes squeak louder than the engine.nnEspecially don’t waste your time with HWMnAs they will have no interest in helping you and will fob you off, like they did with me, with excuses like “the brakes squeak because they are sports brakes, your not using the brakes hard enough”.nnAnd as for loyalty for customers..nMy father had been coming here with his AMnFor over 10 years, my uncle even longernnShocking don’t waste your money herennEdit: It doesn’t matter where the car was purchased this is a known & common fault with them and these are the original brakes from factory. Also the age is irrelevant less than 5 days ago you completed its last free service plan.You have admitted there is an issue with them and I have asked on multiple occasions to rectify over the last year
Recently purchased a DBX , the service was exceptional from Stuart and his team, we foolishly left some items in the car we part ex, and the dealership couriered these items back to us asap.nnGreat Service all-round.
