Just bought a longboard cruiser for my 6 year old, and what a great experience. Louisa, guided me through the best options based on my requirements for the board as I know nothing about skateboards. Louisa was very personable and so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about skateboards. I wasn't pushed in to buying any thing I didn't need. Everything was effortless, hopefully my son will enjoy the board and if I need anything else or more help, these guys are my first choice. Thank you so much Louisa
Visited the physical store to get advice on parts needed for my son's scooter. Very friendly and helpful staff and great prices. Lots of tips too for fitting. The store had plenty of parking, lots of products out on display and plenty of space to move around. Although you can purchase online, I would recommend visiting if you are in the area.
I didnt know what i wanted! But Molly helped me out a lot and i bought the pair 3 days ago and it was a great decision! Love it and amazing quality!
I attended the new store prior to it's official opening after calling for some advice on the purchase of some skates. The gentleman on the phone explained the store wasn't officially open yet and described it as similar to argos click and collect but stressed, all the staff would be able to assist me and they did not disappoint. I arrived and desperately needed to use the ladies, and I was allowed access to the facilities despite how busy the staff were and the fact that the building was still being renovated. Having not purchased skates in decades, and requiring some guidance, all the staff assisted in helping me find exactly what I needed. However, Ellie I think her name was, went above and beyond to help me. She showed me all the skates available, explained the differences on each, and allowed me some time to try on the skates while she assisted other customers in a constantly busy, limited space shop front. She was attentive, and apologised for the limited space but it just made my experience better. Despite the limited space, and how busy they were, Ellie and her colleague's were brilliant, and all a true credit to the store. I left with everything I needed, including skates and the protective gear, for less than half the price of what I expected to pay for my skates alone! Being reintroduced to the skating world, I will recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning once the store is officially open. Thank you all again for all of your help.
Absolutely brilliant customer service! Certainly know their stuff and gave great advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else for skateboards and accessories.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased an item 3 weeks ago for my son's Xmas present, it has been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived despite calls and emails. Now I receive an email saying they have cancelled it and no money was taken, despite PayPal showing otherwise. NOT TO BE TRUSTED STAY AWAY

I bought a gravel bike from this shop in October, and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. They even refunded me for the bikes first service, because I live a long way from the shop they suggested I get it done by a more local bike shop. Thanks especially to Lee, Megan and Dave for helping with the cyclescheme questions - I can't recommend SkateHut enough.
This was the first time I have used skatehut Halesowen and they were fantastic, I took my daughter to our local store to buy her a few things and to get her some safety gear, the guys in the shop were brill and fitted her up with all the right sized stuff she'd need, the shop has loads to choose from and even did me a price match against other stores with the same products, I'll definitely be returning here in the future, if you need anything skater or bmx related give these guys ago you won't be disappointed. 10/10
Helpful staff, lots of top brands of bikes, scooters, skate, skateboards, outdoor sports, kids stuff and loads more. You can get what ever is on the warehouse there too! Thanks
