Easy to use, very friendly and professional staff. The car was safe and well equipped for the journey I required it for. The hand over from the staff member was really helpful too noting the little things that may help to settle into an unfamiliar car. Quick and easy return process. Car was clean and smelt great. Would definitely return.

Great customer service, highly recommend! Check-in was a breeze and I got the chance to drive around a beautiful sporty Audi. They were flexible with the return time, which was after hours and they asked me to just drop the keys in the drop box. I left a pair of Ray Bans in the car, and Bradley was super helpful in getting them shipped back to me in Switzerland. Thanks, Brad! If you're in need of a car while in Milton Keynes, I highly recommend SIXT.

Great experience with Sixt always really professional and friendly do deal with. Guy I spoke to Bradley I think his name was explained everything really well and didn’t pressure me into buying extras. The car it’s self was lovely and clean and felt fairly new with not many miles clocked. All round happy customer

We're visiting family in the UK, and, after a marathon journey from Oz we arrived, a bit exhausted, at Sixt to collect our rental. The service was brilliant, Brad was really helpful and even gave us a welcome Christmas present! Couldn't be more pleased, would highly recommend!

UPDATE: although the staff were amazing, we've just been charged with some damage that we definitely didn't cause. The jetwash was frozen the day we picked up the car so the exterior was dirty. We were informed there was no damage to the car and despite a cursory walk around, must have missed the scratch on the rim because the car had dirt on it. Even after explaining this, we are being charged for the damage.  Rebecca helped check us in and she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, patiently explained the whole rental process to us, and even gave us an upgrade! We will definitely be using Sixt again!

Although a sack trolley is included in the the price, it wasn't provided, hence a refund needs to be sorted out. During collection, I wasn't told of the number of chips 5-6 on the windscreen which could have potentially been hazardous. On collection I was told that the chips are only superficial, hence to yet repaired. This is a perfect example of prioritising cost savings before safety, thereby convincing the driver to take a fully comprehensive insurance. I also wasn't informed during collection that I need not be alarmed of any alerts related to the AD Blue liquid which kept popping up every now and then and distracted my attention from the road, which could've proved hazardous. The collection agent blamed this on Ford making haste with their van production and deemed it as a manufacturing fault. A joint inspection of the vehicle was not conducted although the return was done before 4pm and now I have been sent a damage report although I know that the damages reported did not occur during my journey. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Rude and lazy staff, the worst one is the manager. Condescending and makes women feel uncomfortable by talking down to them. I don’t let them talk rude to me so it’s started a war with the customer service team. All could have been avoided if the staff in branch were better trained. Luton branch is amazing!

Super efficient process from booking online to friendly helpful staff at the Milton Keynes location. I have used them twice now and would find it difficult to not use them again! Keep it up guys

On 27th December,  I used a van for 2 days. On collection,  I signed a form showing descriptive pictures of 3 damaged sections they "knew about". I returned the van on the 29th and after taking 3 days they checked the van over and returned my deposit. Transaction finished? NO!!!  27 days later, I get an email stating that "the van was damaged on the last day I had it, and after verifying evidence, Iust have been guilty of causing the damage" the evidence was a picture showing damage to exactly the same place as one of the picture that I signed to say they knew about from a previous client. They have now taken £150 from my account  without authorisation.  After my deposit was returned,  they should have removed all my bank details... as the transaction was finished and closed.

Worst car hire company,  quoted me a fixed price for one months car hire, but after I returned the car in perfect condition they took from my bank account another £150, the exact  money they gave me a discount for. So be careful as there customer service is rubish
