We've rented cars from here numerous times over the last 10 years and it's been a great experience every time. We moved to the US and rent from here probably twice a year when we visit family, usually for at least 2 weeks. The cars are always clean and the service is good, they're very knowledgeable too and, unlike other hertz locations we've used, they know how to decline the CDW when it's covered by your credit card. Really can't fault them at all, they've got loyal customers in us!
FANTASTIC Hertz branch!! These guys really go the extra mile for the customer! My job requires that I rent cars constantly, and these guys are the best I've ever worked with!

Glenn and team are unstoppable in their pursuit to keep customers happy I am a business customer who has their hire cara delivered and picked up from home which is over 30 mins away. They have always delivered, they have always picked up. They check the cars, take custom requests leave lights on, park here etc and always helpful to do what's needed. When certain cars with certain features are not available, they will do their best to give you something a bit more special that time or next time pleasant surprise when you don't demand it All in all. A very positive experience from me in contrast to other hertz locations that my fellow employees are regularly let down by. Thanks and keep it up

I needed a midsize van at short notice and after a quick search online I went for Hertz. Based on price and location. Arrived there at 8am and was on the road by 830am in a new, clean, well equipped Ford transit. I returned it the next day before 830am but they have a 24 hour drop box for keys so I could have dropped it back sooner. They charge by the day so it doesn't make any difference. Nice staff too.
I have rented 3 times from this Branch. The staff are so friendly and helpful and genuinely care. On every occasion the vehicle has been immaculate, A top quality model and almost new. I want to thank each and every member of staff for looking after me so well.
The staff is not professional. I spoke to the Centre manager as well as the area manager. Both of whom felt that the customer should understand that not having enough man power is a reason good enough to not respond to at least a dozen calls over 3 days. They did say when I hired the car that I should call them for any help. But when I actually wanted help they didn't for once respond .
Just picked up the car today, perfect service, immaculate car and reasonable price. Best in Milton Keynes.
