One of the worst companies for customer service. Please spend that little bit extra for a professional business.
We rented a van for the day and was told to bring it back whenever on the same day as they have a letter box to put the keys in. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. it's a money making scam so they can charge you for another day. We have been trying to contact budget for nearly a month now via phone and emails. We were told they will respond within 5 days and has now been 2 weeks. We will probably never see that money again and I don't want anyone else to suffer like we have please go elsewhere.

Ordered a big van but day before I was supposed to collect they called and told me that they don't have a size I ordered so they can offer a small van. I refused as I needed big van to move a house. In that case guy on a phone had to amend my booking and told me that he will do full refund right a way. It was stressful as I had less than a day to get different van from different company. Best part is that 5 days after that I realised that they refunded £07.50 from original amount I paid. Not happy with them at all.
Then I called Budget customer service number for UK. They apologise and send rest of the amount. I used Budget company in others countries and they where Ok, but one in Milton Keynes ...well I don't recommend them!!
