Have rented a car from here on 2 occasions. Both times i have found the staff to be polite and courteous. The only fly in the ointment is you have to fork out an extra 200 deposit which is refunded some 3 days later. This is ok if you can afford to do it however if your budget it tight, this might hinder you. Otherwise it's a first class service, the cars were clean and ran well and i would go back again

Great service and quick process till they hand you the keys. Very inexpensive. Called in to book one car but gave me an upgrade with no hassles

Got my courtesy car after a breakdown via AA. Excellent customer service. Very accommodating. Was able to drop off at Heathrow airport as I was due to be travelling abroad. Service at the airport was fantastic. The car was checked quickly and efficiently, and I was then offered a free drop off to the terminal I needed to get to. The drop off driver was great. He had an excellent sense of humour and a great attitude towards his work. All in all I would never hesitate to use enterprise or recommend them to others.
