Absolutely fantastic service at the Bletchley branch. We arrived through knee deep snow. We walked through the door and immediately had a steaming hot cup of tea thrust in our hands. It was exactly what two cold travellers needed and cheered us right up. Laura and Richard were brilliant. They bent over backwards to help us (and there was a good line in good natured, gentle banter). Well done guys! The drop off is a little difficult to find at the airport, but that's not their fault and once we found it, we dropped the car off with no issues at all and the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite being stuck outside in the snow. A big thank you all round and a massive pat on the back for getting it right.

Worst, unfriendly, unhelpful and indifferent attitude. New receptionist seems utterly indifferent and unhelpful and thinks she is doing a goddamn favour to paying customers. Just the worst thing one needs in the middle of an approaching snow storm. The previous receptionist I have been interacting with has been completely different and been incredibly helpful and friendly. Sadly for the company not having her is a loss not only for them, but also for me as a customer. I have found another Enterprising car hire company.

Location is reasonable. Friendly and fkexible staff. Car selection is rather limited.
