A year later as the car was due to change, they contacted me and made all arrangements to ensure a smooth replacement. Over the last 4.5 years ALD have been great at arranging different short term hires for me for my company vehicle. My main contact over those years has been Dan Brown and he's always so friendly and super helpful. Going above and beyond to get me swapped in to the right vehicle for me when it's available. Fantastic service.
We have used ALD Flex for a number of years for sourcing and supply Flexible hire for our Business. There is always a good selection of vehicles available and at a really good price. Gary Tarbox in particular is very helpful whenever there is an issue.

Had a call from a friendly guy called Daniel Brown. Calling to let me know that my lease car was being swapped out for a more up to date vehicle as mine was getting old. Great experience from Dan! My new company used the wrong email address so I was nearly without a car for several days. Dan went above and beyond to make sure I’d get a car when I needed it. This all happened three days before Christmas as well, which was very impressive!
Amazing service from Nicola this weekend! She was able to cancel an off hired vehicle at short notice on a Saturday which meant one of our managers was able to have transport over the weekend whilst his vehicle was being repaired. I have dealt with short term hires through ALD for 6 years and they are always very helpful and go the extra mile!
