Wow what a great experience! Mel and Ken not only sorted us out when we arrived early but sorted us an amazing upgrade on our car. The rental process was fast and simple and had no issues dealing with our Australian license details. I’d recommend Sixt over any other major rental agency and will definitely be back again in the future!

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience of how easy and clear it was regarding the whole process. Kenny and Dan provided all the assistance needed till the end. Will be my go to in Manchester for a car rental and would recommend the same. Kudos to the team.

Irfan was very helpful and checking in was swift, especially considering it was the start of the day! Even nicer that even for a fee you rent to younger drivers. I do wish we could build a bonus of some kind as young drivers to have a reduced fee based on mileage and giving the car back in good condition but its understandable that it might not be possible!  Car was mega to drive to the peak district for a bit of photography and fresh air.

I had an issue regarding my booking which I raised in the morning, the branch manager Danny had it fully resolved well before lunchtime  excellent service indeed! Furthermore I have to give a mention to the lads that receive the car on return and prep them for the next customers Gordon & Eamon lovely guys, very friendly, helpful and do a superb job at having the car immaculate

We had a great experience with our rental here. While the car was not ready at the exact reservation time, Mel gave us a reasonable expectation of when the car would be sorted, and she also provided great travel tips for the Peak District big thumbs up for visiting Bakewell. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs.

SixtStars!  We had an absolute brilliant experience with Sixt Manchester Piccadilly. Ken made the rental process fast, simple and seamless. Having found out we were getting married at the weekend, Ken kindly upgraded us which made our weekend even more special.  Would highly recommend Sixt to anyone looking for an easy rental experience!

Excellent Service from Mr IRFAN, I must say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had in renting a vehicle. His Colleague was a bit rude shouting very loudly but this did not detract from the overall experience. The car was great and the return was fantastic. Overall my wife and I were extremely pleased.

Been here a couple of times, first was great, second not so great. First time I got a free upgrade to an automatic car. The second time the automatic car I payed more for because of last time was broken when I arrived but the only other car they had that was big enough for various baby things was a manual SUV. A far less enjoyable experience than the expected hybrid, as well as much less efficient fuel wise. The staff member was very helpful though and did their best. I was given a partial refund as compensation. Overall, not bad really.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to locate and welcomed by the helpful smiling and extremely capable Melanie. She took me through the process effortlessly and answered any questions . Treated me as a valued customer . Even the car return was excellent - easy with a helpful and friendly representative in the garage. Would not hesitate to recommend. I look forward to using them again

Really good friendly service and always brand new cars. Ken is always fantastic and makes me feel welcome. Good prices too! Got upgraded to the Mercedes of my dreams
