It is a rubbish company . After 4 time hiring car from them they mentioned i could not pass the credit check while i rent car two months ago from them.every single last 4 times before we had one problem with untrained staff. It means i have not understood the correct rules of car hire ao far because of this rubbish company. Now i rent a car from europe car while bidget cars after 4 times refused mu credit check.

Wait 30 min to get your car and be told you can't because of address issues. No problem a few weeks ago with another major car hire company..... Total jobs worth.

Very poor experience. I booked through call center i get the reservation number and at the day of booking I go there and find out  that my van is not there becouse is not aviable. No help from the people working in office. They waste my time my plans for moving and my money becouse of that. Then next week Darren who is working there try to make me stupid teling me that I got the discount what wasnt true later find out that i get standard price. Please avoid!!! Beter pay somewhere else and get what u paying for!!!
