We booked with National Car Rental though Priceline and we had a great experience. We worked with Vanessa at the Salt Lake City location. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. If I am flying back though Salt Lake I hope we get to rent with her and National Car Rental again.

I had maybe the best customer experience of my life! I had lost my wedding band in the steering column. Which was absolutely my fault for playing with it.  However, when turning in the vehicle I explained my situation to the gentleman at the return area.  He stated he would have the company mechanic look inside the area.  Not only was it found and a courtesy call was made about finding the ring, it was sent express to my home states away! I can only provide positive thoughts for this location and business.

I booked a full size car through Emerald Aisle. Was expecting to walk up to the aisle, pick a car and drive off. There was one compact car available and no keys. I had to walk back to the counter and go through the whole rental process I was trying to avoid with Emerald membership. I needed to extend my stay because of an ill parent and was hoping National would work with me on a weekly price to hold onto the rental. Nope...I said I would need to drive back to the airport and swap cars out going to another rental company and they said "OK well thank you for your business."

Employees are very professional and even though had to the counter to pick up car it was 60 seconds or less. The only thing that horrified me was the man screaming at the agent in front of me yelling at them "but I'm executve elite and it get whatever car i want" nearly bringing the poor girl to tears as he kept yelling it over and over. This is the second time i have seen a National Customer yell at at an employee because they they are executibe elite and are misguided that they can get whatever they want from a free rewards and loyalty program.

I am a long standing Emerald Isle customer and will only rent from National. My most recent experience is why: I rented an SUV in Manchester, NH  to take my family on vacation in the mountains. When I showed up all the cars were gone but the wonderful woman who assisted me said she'd give me a car class upgrade at the same fee. It was a great car and a great experience. I want to commend the person on duty that night who resolved my issue to my delight. Thank you.

Overall price and rental were fine.  Usually we are very happy. Disappointed the airport branch we went to did not have the emerald isle or any of the member features and blamed COVID the same as every other company has been doing.  There was no email or any notification of these changed and the attendants gave us a difficult time about getting a car to fit our situation. Maybe better luck next year...

I usually have not issued with National Car rental. However I was a surprised on my last car rental when I was told that there would be an additional mileage charge because I was picking up the car in one city and dropping it off in another city. Then I carefully reviewed my reservation and in the small print is where I discovered my error. My feedback for National is when a reservation is made when a pick up and drop off are in different cities that cost is totaled up in the final reservation.

I am a long time National Emerald member and will always use National when available.  I like the fact that when I arrive at an Airport it is so simple to select a car, checkout, and be on my way.  The cars are always clean and ready for travel.  If, by chance, there are any issues the local National staff will quickly resolve it. I was also impressed with how quickly I was able to return the car and be on my way to the terminal.  The Manchester Airport staff that I dealt with was polite and professional. Thank you for having such an efficient system.

Easy to get and easy to drop off! Great value as well as an Emerald Member.
