NEVER RENT FROM THIS BRANCH. They will UPCHARGE YOU and refuse to give information to your insurance.

They charge ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS to repair a SINGLE 1-inch tiny scratch on a car with many scratches that have been unrepaired!

THEY Refuse to provide documentation about these charges for my insurance company despite claiming to do so over a period of six months. Thus insurance is useless, and you eat the cost. 

NEVER RENT FROM THIS BRANCH.

Great service, no problems with my rental, got a bigger car than I had booked as they didn't have smaller ones available. Hassle free and I didn't feel scammed. 
However, on my email it stated Firefly as the company and I had a hard time finding the right place until someone from another rental service informed me that it was indeed Hertz. Should have really included that in my confirmation email.
