Terrible customer service! Could they be more obnoxious? Aaron is making effort to be funny and entertaining though! The small office is absolutely disorganized. It took more than an hour and a half to pick up a car and 30-45 minutes to return it. What a stressful experience! I have to mention that the staff are pretty good at making conflicting made up stupid stories.

Moreover, I have seen many disappointed customers with reservations and no cars available. What's the point of their poor system if it's "subject to availability"? People make plans and in front payments and they end up with "sorry"!

Small office, took more than an hour to get my car, I believe it's mainly because of the small no of personals to attend customers. Cars were well maintained. But this isn't the best enterprise rent a car office I have been to

I use this branch weekly and always have fantastic service. The managers are organised and always put customers first. Their efficiency makes my job so much easier.

It was excellent. When I arrived it was crazy busy but the girl on duty (I think her name was Helen) was absolutely brilliant despite being under great stress. She was an absolute credit to Enterprise. Will be my first port of call next time I need to hire a car.
