Booked the vehicle in an emergency (mine broke down)  to go to office from Manchester to Leeds.
When reserved on line on Wed 11th at 8.30 pm. I paid for the extras.
I was asked where I wanted collection of vehicle and what time, so I put in 8 am next day Thurs 12th and 229-241 Bury new Rd.
I received a confirmation by email affirming my request.
At no point did your website say that vehicle will not be available at that location, otherwise I would have gone to another provider because time was of essence to me.
I went as scheduled to your office on Bury New Rd. I had to wait to be attended to, then after 20/25 min I was told there is no vehicle and I need to come back at 12 noon.
 I   needed  to be in Leeds latest by 9.30 am and that is why I booked a vehicle for 8 am. 
Your staff knows I was getting calls on mobiles every two minutes.
Your staff occupied themselves with the other customers which was quite discriminatory as I was left unattended.
Then upon my demand to see the manager, they asked the girl in the reception to show me which according to them was the only vehicle available it was a 12 seater van.

I felt insulted and humiliated by this practical joke.

I told them Im not going back without the vehicle and then very conveniently they gave me an Aygo, which was there all along parked in front.

While I was there another gentleman was given the same treatment and was told off by your staff where as he had booked on line

I was delayed and my work was jeopardised by Enterprise.

Im sorry to say your service is not what you advertise for on TV.

Your staff is ignorant, rude and they discriminate  and also lie to customer's face that there are no vehicle where as the vehicles are  there.

Also I was given a half tank of Petrol and I returned with full tank and when I requested for a refund they refused. I would have thought for the treatment I got they would do it to oblige me but no.

Your staff has no customer service skills.

I need this issue to be investigated and I want to be compensated for the inconvenience, discriminated against and loss of business.

Enterprise processed extra charge from my debit card, without first disusing or asking for me my approval. They had my details saved on their system from the last time I used my card. Be aware people, they don't have the authority to do that. That was theft and when I challenged them, they refunded but never apologised. Site management is horrible and useless. I have asked them to remove all my details from their system.

Wrong car given (Honda)then ford then vw so 3 cars in one day good job I didn't need the car till late that night for a 2 week holiday. The vw was left with a sticky drivers seat and sweets in drivers door and passengers door pocket. which I had to clean myself as it was to late to go back to bury new road and had been messed about to much.
