Excellent customer service. Paper work was seamless and stress free. Vehicle choice was perfect and an added bonus it was automatic. Had the car for a week and no problems. Returning the car was easy and was even given a ride home.
100% will be using this company again.

absolute disgrace doing business with these people. the manager Mandeep was an a$%ehole. He forced us to buy the extra excess insurance which we didnt buy. When we came back to return the car, he used an old scratch on the car to say that we had caused it. and charged £600 for the access through my credit card. worst experience ever renting a car.

When I returned the van and the staff found damage to it. I got upset as I knew it hadn't happened while I was driving. The staff were all telling me not to worry,and they understood how it happened. They were all polite and trying to see if the van had any damage from somewhere else as it came from a different location. They were all lovely calming me down.

Thanks to all crew in enterprise rent a car in Oldham.  Everything was great like always. Cars are nice and clean. There is no problem which they can't solve out. I'm sure I'll come back! I give you 5 stars
