Ordered 3 well done steaks. When the waitress brought it over she announced one as rare. This had to be sent back to be cooked. When I cut into mine it was medium. Sent it back to be cooked to well done but even when it returned it was still medium. Complained to staff. Received a glass of champagne (not asked for) and told that my meal would be cut from the price. This resulted in a five pound discount. my friend's meal was also not what was on the menu e.g. Said the salmon would be poached instead it was fried. Shame as we won't be back.

Friendly staff, quick service, soft lights, nice place. Food a bit pricey but nicely presented; a good venue for a romantic dinner.

We had a lovely meal here, the staff were great and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, we can't wait to come back.

We were the only people in for the first hour (quiet time between Christmas and New Year) so had great service from 3 staff. Good scallops and salmon to start; lamb and sea bass mains - and happy to knock up cocktails in place of dessert!
