Went here last night and have been before many times and always enjoyed the food but was extremely disappointed this time round. There was another table having a work party but one man kept standing up doing loud speeches, swearing, and couldn't enjoy my food because of how loud they were. At one point I was even talked about out loud as he said some people want us to be quiet! When I spoke to the manager we said can we just box the food up and take it home but we just ended up binning it as the night was ruined. When complaining to the manager all she could offer is 10% off the bill which really we should have had it at least half price due to the rude people on the other table. I also feel when booking a table we should have been warned that we would be treat this way and then we wouldn't have bothered. Great food but terrible night.

We hosted a baby shower at the Newcastle branch and from the preparestion prior to the event and the greeting we got when we arrived I can say that they could not have been more helpful - good food at a very reasonable price and the cocktails were really good value. We had a private dining area and a dedicated waitress - thanks Laura! Gary the Manager greeted us when we arrived and really looked after us - highly recommended them and will be going again - thanks Guys😁

My sons booked a table for 8pm 10pm and still no food. They even charged us for the free drinks whic they offered as compensation. Please don't go to this place its full of bad reviews

Came here for my sisters birthday Never again Slow service, terrible customer service, broken card machine, suppose to be sat in a booked booth upstairs but due to being 15 minutes late they shoved us downstairs with no explanation As it was my sisters birthday I asked for a happy birthday desert but nothing at all... Zina the waitress was nice tho
