I’ve been to this post office a quite a few times now and I must say it is a really nice and friendly environment the staff are really welcoming and I recommend everyone to come her.
The guy posted my item to wrong address even it written clearly, unfortunately I could not get any compensation thanks to him. When I went there to ask him about it he was uninterested to have a conversation and didn't help at all.
Shirley road post office is the best local post office, the lads working there are very friendly always smiling making my day, positive environment.

These guys always put a smile on my face, every time I walk in there. I thought it was just me they were super friendly but they are like that with every customer that walks through their door. If you walk in in a bad mood you’re definitely going to walk out with a basics smile. Definitely 5 Star Service. Always there to serve the public.
