Utterly unreliable. I have had many wasted trips, with heavy parcels, only to find they are closed. They've been rude when I've phoned to check if they are open before I leave the house. I'd rather trek it to the post office in the whsmith in Kings Heath. Also very unkempt inside, and not very accessible to those with mobility issues or wheelchair users.
Useless, as it's closed when it's supposed to be open. I tried to pick up a parcel on Wednesday at 09.30 and Saturday at 13.45, only to find the office completely shut on both occasions.
I have seen the negative reviews, I appreciate that there have been times when the post office has been closed, but in my experience this has been during the worst times of the pandemic and since the lock downs have been relaxed they have always been open when they say. They are always helpful to me and it is so convenient to have a local post office
Post office should look into this branch because they don’t respect the opening times am here since 10am and still no sign of them opening and this happened on numerous occasions.Is ridiculous.
Don't understand the negative reviews. This is my very handy local post office which serves me well. Much better than facing the queues in the post office within WH Smith's in Kings Heath.
Clearly the opening turns are wrong it’s 4:30 and it’s shut when it’s suppose to shut at 5:30.. maybe fix the opening times to the correct ones
This place is an absolute joke, shame on the Post Office fir accepting this sort of attitude and behaviour. Opens randomly , sullen owner. I live local and this is a fact,
very Small and not accessible for wheelchair users. Awkward entrance for those with prams or assistance dogs. Regularly not open during published opening hours. Does not offer full post office services and staff are not at all friendly or helpful.
Closed on weekday afternoon at 3pm.No notice on door/shutter advising why.Also on other occasions closed earlier than advertised and again no notification in advance or on door/shutter :
Supposed to open at 9am on Saturday but instead a paper stuck on door said will open at 10am. They want to open late but want to close on time. What a joke. No one from postal department has any control on them
