Opening times are a bit hit and miss, whenever I go by it never seems to be open. The staff inside are friendly, very helpful and professional. It is a shame that they have such short opening hours and they also close early before the time stated. I would recommend going in the morning if you want to collect your parcel. Would recommend, see opening times in images below.

Very frustrating that the afternoon hours have changed. Can't collect parcels during working hours and the limited weekend hours are also tough to get too! This isn't directed at RM staff as it's out of their control, but this has impacted me being able to collect a parcel that's been there almost a week!
They have always been very good i got there a few minutes before they closed and they finished the queue before closing
RM management is the worst in the world. Why did you get rid of the afternoon opening hours? Local RM staff works really hard and is great so this feedback isn't about them but about the top management.
I think it’s ridiculous that it is only open for 2 hours on a Monday. 2 hours! This really needs looking into
I have only attempted to mail a parcel at this office on two occasions but both times the staff was completely rude and unhelpful to the point that they refused to ship what I had. A simple Amazon return was denied because they claimed their location was the only one to not accept the type of parcel instructed by the company it was a small parcel. The company instructed that there was no need for packaging, as the post office would collect all Amazon returns and package them together, thus saving loads of packaging material. I’ll rather drive to another post office than waste my time here.

Avoid at all costs. If you ever miss a delivery, call Royal Mail customer service and so for a re delivery. Because if it goes to this delivery office, you WILL NOT receive your package/letter. This office always has a sign on its entry door stating that their office is closed due to “shortage of staff”. Yep a whole office belonging to a multi-millionaire business is closed bcos they couldn’t find 1 human to work in their office, thus causing massive inconvenience for hundreds of people like me. Awful, awful service. Would give 0 starts if I could
Absolute nause to park anywhere near unless you are having a lucky day. It also opens at 8am now when it opened at 7am for years and years so now I can't go on the way to work. The stars are for the friendly staff minus 2 for the inconvenience every time I have to go.
