Really poor service at the post office counter. Just sitting there doing nothing and when they do eventually serve you it's like they are doing you a favour. The big bearded bloke behind the counter needs to go to charm school. There's nothing at all to his character. He should not be allowed to mix with the public. It's a good thing that I am polite and well mannered. What a carry on. I hate giving bad reviews but the truth is the truth.
The staff closes the office 10-15minutes before closing time. I was here 5 minutes before closing and they where already closed. Also the opening time is not matching the time on the door. Worse costumer service.
I use this post office on a daily basis as I have at least 3 parcels a day to post & it is walking distance from my home, yet again today they were closing from 1pm-3pm, if this was just a one off occasion I would not mind but it keeps happening & what makes it worse is the really bad attitude of the member of staff Sue. It is with much regret that I will be looking for another provider to deal with my parcels.
Decent Post Office, usually not too crowded and nice helpful friendly staff.
Absolutely woeful and shambolic! Went in as always to send an important parcel and the queue was almost out the door. So I went away and came back soon after to find they closing for a break for over an hour!!! Only one person on like most of the time you come in! Which leads me to wonder why is there no support staff? Also, why is there no one at least covering that one and only server while they go on break as well? Feel for the one and only person doing all the work in some ways, while "management/supervisors" don't do anything to help them! Sort yourselves out! Seriously embarrassing!
Used to think the staff were friendly and nice but the staff are rude and unhelpful when it's something they are at fault for. They also lie when need to. Come to this post office often enough and then suddenly they don't remember people.
The service is great here with waiting times below average for most Post Offices. A good range of PO products stocked if required such as envelopes. Staff are friendly. However, I wish they were open longer or they could utilise a local counter at the main till.
Regularly visit to post parcels,no issues at all.always greeted with a smile! it’s a shame to see them under so much pressure as they need more staff - but the staff they do have are amazing!
Before everyone turns up unnecessarily the opening hours are different than online during covid M 8-10am Tu 8-10am W Closed Th 8am-2pm and 4-8pm F 8am-2pm S 8am-2pm Pls someone update the opening hours
They are so helpful and All ways doing there best , and done a great job over lockdown , the service is a ++++
