Absolutely superb service every time … Have been into Moseley post office now on a few occasions and I cannot believe the difference in customer service in the different locations. I am always served by Andy; a lovely, charming and extremely helpful gentleman who will always go out of his way for the customer. I can quite clearly see on each visit that nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He has a very positive and cheerful manner and always makes me smile, which then makes my visit a positive experience. I genuinely don’t think this post office would be the same without him. I have in the past recommended Moseley Post Office to friends and family and I am still of the same opinion. Keep up the good work! Jo.

Moseley Post Office is brilliant. I found exactly what I wanted, cards, rigid envelopes, crepe paper & Amazon vouchers. All staff are super helpful and friendly. Love the community service that Moseley Post Office provides. We are very lucky

You think he’s old Saint Nick He was so friendly above and beyond the service, for which he needed to give to me I’m really helpful and just overall with the best experiences I’ve had for the post office service
The staff at Moseley post office are the most friendly and professional I’ve come across in a long time. I had a big parcel to deliver and the guy behind the counter gave me all the options available so I could decide which was best for me. A totally professional service. Highly recommended.

Andy was absolutely fantastic. He was extremly patient with me as i was having difficulty withdrawing money from money gram. He went out of his way to speak with customer service so as to enable the transaction. This is what i call top tier customer service. What a gem!!! Thanks Andy!!!!!!!!!!

GOONS IN CHARGE . See Amar's review he is absolutely spot on with his criticism and has gone to some inconvenience in doing so. Horrible experience and we only use as a very last resort. The Post Office in general though has absolutely degenerated over the years from a friendly community environment where they took a pleasure in serving you to this - so called Post Office in Moseley Village.
