In absolute shambles. You would've thought such a treasured delivery company would do better but the service is terrible. I have never received any parcels on time, they don't bother knocking and instead decide to give it to a neighbout instead even though I have not asked them to do this.
Keeps failing delivery despite someone being sat waiting all day. No cards left,I don't know what's happening but the same parcel keeps magically getting failed.....got the message at 12pm that it had failed. Looked outside not a postie in sight, delivery office only open two hours a day. Absolutely useless and fraudulent practices.
Went there today a woman Infront of me was literally fighting to get her parcel.. worse part is they had a trainee on he had no clue what he was doing couldn’t speak clear English.. either he looked lost when I asked him about my own parcel… terrible need better staff and new owner it’s so unorganised
Lucky to have one star as the operation at Selly Oak is diabolical. We are lucky if we have one delivery a week in Harborne Lane. Hence missing hospital appointments and so much for people paying for first class stamps for next day delivery. About time they had a good shakeup in management and staffing. The Post Office seem to have completely lost the plot even the parcel side is no better, why have tracking on a parcel when you only find out where it is when it is delivered. The Whole management team from top to bottom should be sacked without any golden handshakes and replaced with people who know how to manage.
Absolute shambles of a delivery office. Refuse to follow redelivery notes 3 times, close the shop with no notice on the website/google so you make the pointless journey. I've been trying to receive an extremely important document since before Christmas and they can't even do their job correctly. Staff in there are unhelpful and act as if you're a burden even though its their job to provide a service. Lost our patience with them completely.
ROYAL MAIL is the worst delivery service. Paid extra money for next day delivery. I gave them instructions to leave my parcel in a safe place Tuesday. I received an email saying we tried to deliver.. so I asked them to re-deliver. The earliest date was 3 days away from my original delivery day. And what happened? It didn’t come! Shame on you.
Worst service in the whole uk i have come across. I don’t know who is the driver but didn’t deliver parcel just left the card. Didn’t knock on the door also didn’t ring the bell of the house just left the card not once but thrice for the same parcel. When i reach their office to collect they said the parcel didn’t come back as it’s out of delivery.
Aggressively rang my door bell at 8am. Not exactly a “morning mate” welcome when I cannot see a thing without contacts. Have a little patience please.
It's a delivery/parcel collection office - just what you'd expect. Not glamorous or even especially welcoming but gets the job done. Check the opening hours before going, though, as they are not open all standard business hours but only do the morning several days a week. These are printed on the delivery card but easy to miss or assume they would be standard.
Rubbish service, postman has twice not left me a card to say that my item has been sent there, and I have been unable to pick up my item. Opening hours are extremely restrictive - only open until 12.30pm most days which is ridiculous for people who work and they refuse to answer the phone, which would save me going over there for a wasted journey if the parcel I have not received a card for is not there. Glad that I have moved house now so will not have to deal with this place anytime I have a parcel
