Not going to lie but there's a massive queue there everyday , staff can be moody on certain days.  There's no air conditioners on as the queue gets hectic day by day.  There's always one counter open so queues are going to be get massive day by day.  There is no point of you guys selling National Lottery Tickets & Scratch cards if there's nobody there operating the lottery terminal besides it's very rare if someone is selling lottery tickets & scratch cards at this post office.  Besides beggars are outside asking for £1 or £2 which is very annoying too, the staff should be moody towards the beggars & take their daily stress , their problems out on the beggars  instead of vulnerable customers who need your services.

The ‘oldies’ in this post office treat people how they’re treated. You walk in with an attitude, they’ll give you attitude back. I’ve never experienced any issues, rudeness or attitude from the ‘oldies’. In fact they’re very helpful, polite, respectful and professional.

There is an asian man who works there who is very aggressive in his tone and rudenot the owner He is also very argumentative and needs to be told to calm down. The owner knows who I am talking about as I made a complaint in store too. The owner did not seem to care about my complaint either.  Also this shop has issues with opening times - very inconsistent.

Rude staff member the old man clearly doesn't like doing his job so takes it out on customers. I completely avoid this post office now and walk abit further down to a more friendly post office. Best to avoid such places who have no manners.

Rudest staff ever. Both the old man and woman are extremely unprofessional and they close earlier than they are meant to even though the post office is open and they’re sitting there. Avoid this post office if possible.

Like all the other countless reviews before it, this is going to be another bad review to add to the already long list! I visit this P.O. due to it's close proximity to my home. However, the staff are not helpful and unprofessional, and it is obvious they do not like their job! I strongly recommend replacing these so-called employees with experienced and knowledgeable staff. I will not be visiting this P.O. again!

I've never had an issue with the older members of staff They have helped me quite a lot with many different enquiries and are very friendly  The missing star is sometimes the queues can be LONG So long that I dont bother going in at times. Otherwise its a quality little post office, doing their job as best they can

Old guy at counter is one of the rude person I seen at customer services ever.  He called a guy who he knew in the middle of the line to deposit money when I confronted him he was very very rude saying u can go somewhere else ,do whatever you can etc etc  Guys can someone find out way to report them  AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst post office ever , no 1 is there to take notice ,

Wow the staff tried taking extra change off me even when I was using first class stamps, also tried making me use half a pack of stamps for a small parcel. Shocking service, horrible attitude.
