The lodges are self catering. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Main bedroom with an en-suite, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is an open kitchen, diner & living room with double doors for access to the patio area.
Nice lodges, let down slightly by their condition. Could do with a bit of TLC. Communication with the owner was fine. Location was great for Alton Towers, 30 minutes away, the only slight issue was the proximity to the railway line. Woke me up a couple of times during the night.
Lovely clean and warm lodge. Beautiful surrounding area and plenty of walks nearby. Owner very helpful. Very spacious inside lodge. Enclosed area outside for our dog. Would book again.
I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay, facilties were amazing, hot tub all ready to go on arrival, Lodge was immaculate and very welcoming, very quiet and cozy, beautiful surroundings as settled within a stunning wood, Bev could not do enough for me, very friendly and professional, I can highly recommend booking as this gorgeous place ticks all the boxes... Can't wait to return
Booked from booking.com requested a late check in which didn’t get acknowledged tried calling the number at around 6-7 as I finished work late with no response emailed multiple times no response got to the are after driving 3 hours we were told we’d get an email with the door pin on day of arrival which we also never got so we found a hotel who was kind enough to let us have a room for the night giving the benefit of the doubt that it was late and the owners were probably not awake we the called in the morning yet again no response and no response to my emails horrible service extremely unprofessional do not recommend
