Absolutely shocking customer service from the general manager. He should be sacked. His name was Matthew Abbott. For A lodge to be run by a man who has no telephone manners is disgusting. 

I have logged a complaint with head quarters. I will not change my review until I have in writing an apology from the general manager for the way he spoke to me and slammed the phone down.

I could not believe how rude the staff were to me and my family when staying a few weeks back. Completely unacceptable. i was treated like a niecence because of my children. Would not recommend to anymore.

Great hotel. Spacious and clean. Parking is limited but managed to find a space. Would stay again.

Would recommend to anybody planning to stay in Wilmslow, rooms are reasonable size, clean and bed is comfy. Location is absolutely ideal.
