Hotel is quite close to Crewe rail station (about 5 minutes on foot) which is useful if you're arriving late. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and the evening meal was also good. There is an option to order from a local Indian restaurant to the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and nice to have the option of soft and firm pillows in the room. Hotel is a little tired, with very noisy floors in the corridors and rooms which squeak, but otherwise a good hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was in very good condition. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was perfectly adequate (cereals, bacon, toast, etc.) and the coffee from the machine was surprisingly delicious. The only complaint I would make - and the only reason I wouldn't give maximum stars - is that quite a few cutlery items were dirty and I had to dig around for a while to find a clean spoon one morning. It was a little off-putting but only a minor flaw in an otherwise brilliant stay.

There was a leaky sink in my reserved room but, the hotel had no double rooms left, so they bumped me up to a family room at no extra cost. The facilities including ironing and breakfast were helpful. And only 5 mins walk from Crewe Train Station 😀

After returning home I received a bill for parking for over 40 pounds. I was not made aware that I had to register my car when I stayed there. Hard to believe they enforce parking. Most spots are taken up by the Enterprize rental next door. Beware of parking lot bandits at this hotel.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn at Crewe three times, one of those times with my family from Canada and the hotel was clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Also the rates for the room verse very reasonable.
