Never felt the need to write a review before but due to the seamless process and delight with the car here are my points. Craig from start to finish was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, professional, completely making me feel the most comfortable and confident I have been when buying a car. The entire process from the very first contact to the website to the follow up call the day after I picked up the car was faultless. Thanks to Craig and the team for what was and should be a pleasurable experience. A lot of businesses could learn from your customer focus and attention to detail. Thank you!!

Top quality service from Jardine Select Milton Keynes. Mostly served by Alex but also Dominic. The whole process was seamless and had great communication throughout. Always willing to go that extra mile to make sure they could help in any way they could. Plus a quick turn around with a PX involved.

I have been with Jardine and Jardine select for over 6 years. The service from Dominic and Vince was excellent. Having had a few issues they were able to resolve any issues for a great outcome. The experience that I have received from the dealership and in particular, Craig Allan, was spot on. Easy to communicate with, clear and took an interest in all my questions.  On the day of me collecting my car, he took the time to ensure that I was happy with all the settings and set everything up for me so that I could drive away with the ease of mind that my phone was connected etc.  These are the little things that made me truly appreciate that extra little attention to me and my needs. Never bought a car online before and had read numerous bad reports of other dealers – but Jardine were absolutely brilliant – especially Alex, nothing was too much trouble, so helpful and friendly, which gave me great confidence in making the decision to buy the car I looked at. I don't often write reviews but due to the very positive experience I had I think it deserves a mention. From my initial enquiry to collecting my new car the experience was extremely seamless. Both Dominic and Alex were fantastic, professional and very knowledgeable. They even arranged this all in time for Christmas! I won't be hesitating to contact them again in the future.

Craig Allan at Jardine is AMAZING!!!! Nothing was too much for him!!! I enquired about the car Sunday night, Monday morning I was in contact with Craig who sent a very detailed video showing the condition of the car inside and out and was in constant contact throughout the purchase of the vehicle. I thought Craig was incredible.. and that’s not where it ends!! Craig drove 140 miles to personally deliver the car to me Wednesday morning all by 9am!! Absolutely incredible service, I could not be happier and I love my car! Craig contacted me on Thursday to ask if I had any questions and if I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend connecting with Craig and will not hesitate passing his information to anybody I know who is looking for a new car. If I could get 10 stars I would. Thank you Craig!

The overall experience was fine however the handover was not as smooth as it could be and having to chase for paperwork was not exactly customer centric however this was due to a technical issue on the collection date.  We have however come to an understanding over elements of concern and as such the transaction was completed and we move forward with a great car. Would recommend them and would use again if they had the right car.

Just wanted to say thank you to Craig and Dominic for my beautiful Land Cruiser. I hate buying cars especially from dealers because you always feel you should have had a better deal or the spare tyres bald  etc. I have to say the whole experience was easy, relaxed, with no pressure. I got the deal I was looking for and the car I wanted, which was spotless and on time when I collected it. Overall score: 11 1/2 out of 10
