The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. My repair was carried out to the highest standard, I was able to wait for my car in a clean comfortable area and was offered a drink while I waited. My car was returned cleaned, inside and out! I would definately recommend, and will use again.
Very positive experience on 9.11.22 when I took my car in for a dashcam to be fitted to front and rear of vehicle. Quick and efficient at service desk, process explained by friendly staff. Once work completed I was shown how devices worked and how to access footage should it be needed by mechanic who fitted cameras. He was excellent. Thanks to all concerned.
Excellent service and friendly staff. My car was collected and returned promptly and I was kept informed on the progress of the service and MOT at every stage. Only the rear brake pads needed replacing and the car is now running very smoothly.
I had an amazing experience at Hyundai in Stony! I had bought my first car at another car dealership and didn't have the best experience buying or with the car that I was sold. My experiences with Hyundai completely made up for the lack of service given to me before, by another company. I dealt with Nick at Hyundai and he sold me an amazing car, at an amazing deal, with an amazing service, and lots of advice! I never felt pressured, always felt listened to and secured in any decisions or questions I had. I was given all the options available to me when purchasing, along with extras thrown in- just from kindness. Hyundai will be my first and only recommendation, to people I know.

Recently purchased a used i30N Performance from Milton Keynes Hyundai. I've bought many cars over the years, but this is my first Hyundai and I'm happy to say that this was an excellent experience from start to finish, better than most in fact. Salesman Nick was polite, friendly and efficient, responded to every enquiry/email in good time and the car, paperwork etc all ready on my arrival on collection day. Great experience all round and would definitely recommend based on my recent purchase.
Car started misfiring whislt out & about, so called in on the way home. It was put straight up on the ramp, but couldn't find the cause, so I left it overnight & late morning the next day they rang to say they'd replaced a faulty plug. Very pleased with the prompt service considering i had just come in off the street with no appointment.

Pleased with the sales service provided by Simon at Stony Stratford in helping us to chose our new Hyundai i20, we were not pressurised into make a decision especially as we converting from manual to automatic, Simon took Pam for a test drive and very patiently sat with her explaining the different driving technique enabling her to confidently master the new method - it was the first time she’s driven an automatic and now she’s very confident- so all credit to Simon VBW Steve & Pamela Green
When to the garage on a early Sunday morning. Very quiet, away from other people, made my decision,& got the car i wanted. Pick up the car in 3 days time, what more do you what. job done.
