Amazing experience at Lexus Milton Keynes. Excellent service from everyone, especially the lady at reception and Omer Riaz in sales. A true gentleman and top salesman! Lexus treat you as a priority, a complete contrast to visiting other garages such as BMW or Audi where you struggle to even get the attention of a sales person, let alone buy a car.
Exceptional customer service from all departments within the LEXUS Milton Keynes branch. I have been dealing with Lexus MK for around 3 years now and the level of service they provide is excellent. All staff are friendly and welcoming - they even make the best hot chocolate around! But I would like to highlight Alex George from the Sales team. His work ethic and customer service that he delivers is 10/10 - He sold me my first Lexus 3 years ago and sold me my newest purchase this month. On both occasions everything was explained clearly and in detail. Great package on my new ES 2022 model! The car is amazing to drive! Thank you to Dan, Alex & the Lexus MK team.
I recently bought a new RX from Lexus Milton Keynes, and my experience was outstanding. Not being local to the dealership everything was done by email and telephone and Paul provided excellent and efficient service throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry to the final paperwork signing. The car was ready for me to take home on the same day, with the whole process done in around an hour and I was collected from the train station. Paul ensured that all the car's tech was explained to me before I drove off the lot, which made me feel confident and secure in my purchase. Excellent customer service and attention to detail from all involved. Well done.
Friendly staff, exceptional service, and outstanding customer care. Glenn and Walter were super helpful and accommodating. We were able to choose from a variety of financing options and adjust them to our liking. The entire process was smooth and quick, but not rushed. We are very happy with our decision to go with Lexus Milton Keynes for our purchase.
Exceptional Custer care. Special shout out to Paul who sold us the car. Everything we have asked off has been dealt with to a high standard. We feel Paul has gone above and beyond to deliver his exceptional knowledge in the industry to us. Can not fault anyone in the company. The front of house staff are always welcoming as are the service staff even the mechanics and technicians will always talk you through what they have done. 100% would recommend Lexus to everyone. In about 27 years of buying and selling cars, I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did with Paul Thompson at Lexus Milton Keynes. He was very helpful without being pushy, courteous and understanding. He gave us my wife and myself enough time to understand and appreciate the car, and make own own decision. As an expert engineer as well as a salesman - that combination is rare, I must admit - he could answer all my engineering questions to my complete satisfaction. My son is 23 and working in Financial services sector in Central London, and when he decides he wants his own car likely a Lexus, without question, he would contact Paul Thompson first before thinking of anyone else. For that matter, so would we, when we need to change our Jaguar after four years or so. I would give Paul 10 stars out of 10 without question, and would be glad to recommend him and Lexus Milton Keynes to our friends in London.
Bought the 2nd hand NX300h there, well served by the professional and friendly staffs. Especially the sales Sayful who treated me and provided the best service after sales.
I bought a Lexus RX from Milton Keynes dealership and found the sales man Paul to be super efficient and courteous human being… Amazing helpfulness and efficient in dealing with a stressful time when deciding a medium term investment. The sales man Paul deserves a 5 star badge.
Just bought our Third NX300h can’t praise the team at Lexus MK highly enough. Paul Thompson the salesman was great as was Aamir the Sales manager , this made our purchase easy . The receptionist Chris is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to have met, with a personal welcome every time , it’s certainly noticeable when he’s not there…… The service team, Andrew especially is a credit to the brand and has always gone the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
