Extremely good service, kept informed all the way through, including a loan car when my car was not going to be ready in time. Amazingly they admitted they had broken something during the  service but they paid for the part, how many garages would admit to that! They also brought my car back to my office and collected the loan car. My car was also valeted when it arrived back to me. A grade A* service from them. The car seems to drive and run so much better than before. Highly recommend them for the service and support they give.

We booked a test drive of the Kia Sportage as it was time to trade in our car. We had spoken with a lovely enough salesman the week before who confirmed all was in order for the test-drive. We arrived at 11am as scheduled and attempted to go through the numbers however once we had informed the salesman (who shall not be named) all proceedings came to a halt. We were given a rough figure but not a finite one and we were allowed to sit in the car but not drive it. This was particularly annoying as another couple had walk in off the street walked around the lot and within 30 minutes we in the car test driving it. Exactly the same Sportage if I may add. We found this to be disgraceful and discriminatory. We were then given some rubbish explanation that it would rack up unnecessary mileage on their second hand vehicles if we weren’t serious about buying. We then left went to Hyundai they allowed us to test drive the new Tuscon so we bought it there and then and we have no regrets.

MK Kia were quick and efficient. They communicated with as to my car repairs, were polite and made the job of dealing with them hassle free. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service given went over and above.when the 4 wheel drive went on my car just before Christmas.
Was given a rental vehicle to help through the Christmas and new year festivities and was kept informed what was happening.
Hats off to John who went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't without wheels during festive period.would certaintly recommend.

Really good buying experience with MK Kia, the sales executive Ollie was really helpful and professional and stayed late to help us finalise the purchase. Went out of his way to help us. I can’t speak for the servicing side of things as have a closer dealer for this, but if the sales side is anything to go by it’ll be very good.
