I bought my new baby from this dealership in February and their service from beginning to end was first rate. Andrew was so helpful answering all my questions, showing me how to use unfamiliar controls and even topped up tank for the long drive home! When an issue they had thought resolved popped up with my key recognition Steve was on hand to help and sorted it pronto! Steve and Andrew are brilliant representatives for you, give them a pay rise! First class service, I'd buy from them again.

My excellent experience of buying a car at Progress Suzuki Milton Keynes was one that I wanted to share with others who are searching for a car. The customer service at Progress was far superior to several other car dealerships I visited. From my first telephone enquiry, Joseph Atkinson was very helpful and welcoming. I test drove 3 cars and ended up purchasing one of them. Joe was able to answer all my questions about the vehicles. I appreciated his refreshing non pushy approach and I would definitely return here in the future.

Outstanding service from start to finish !!! Having expressed an interest in a Suzuki Swift, several minutes later a personalised video of the car by Joseph (the salesman} was in my inbox. I met up with Joseph later that week and it was nice to meet a well informed non pushy salesman. He has a welcoming and honest demeanour that built immediate trust. I took the car for a spin and it ticked all the boxes. The 12 month warranty and Joseph's unique manner made it impossible not to purchase the car. The whole experience was a pleasurable one . I can't recommend this dealership high enough and will let everyone I know that this should be their first stop when looking for their next car. PS If still available ask for a complimentary homemade cookie it's delicious.

My experience of buying a nearly used vitara from this dealership has been very positive. I live some distance from Milton Keynes so all the transaction was done either by phone or over the internet. The salesman, Joseph Atkinson, was polite, professional and overall a nice person to deal with. The car is beautiful and as described and the service I received was as you would expect from a quality dealership. No complaints. Would recommend and a big thank you to Joseph for his help. Especially driving all the to Shropshire to make the delivery!
