As a Driving Instructor it’s important my car isn’t off the road long. MK Suzuki ensured I was back on the road quickly and kept me updated all the time. Great service. Thanks Got a little warranty job done. Was done quicker than expected so I could get back to work sooner. This is my second purchase with DMG Group and pleased to say I'm even more impressed with this purchase journey. DMG group sure hires top class staff members. I was served by Jamie Dove who works at the branch, he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on all the cars we were viewing. He was not pushy and when we ended up purchasing, he made sure we were updated every step of the way. He even worked on his day off so that he could align with our free time for the exchange. A clear example of someone who truly cares not just about the sale but also about the customer. Highly recommended!
Went for disability scheme car and on the website it said nil deposit but when we got there it was £1400, deposit and the gentleman trying to sell the cars said they have put cars on high deposits because of COVID, it would have been nice to know this before going to View the cars
The people who work here are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. My beautiful little Celerio comes back in perfect condition every time. The lady who answers the phone is so helpful, even when I do ask stupid questions. Thank you all very much.
We went into the showroom to look at a Vitara. The guy we saw was polite and friendly, but for a variety of reasons we decided the time was not right to proceed with the purchase of a new car. Since then we have been hounded with marketing material, texts, emails etc regarding the servicing and MOT of the car we would have traded in. We did not sign up for marketing material, and the bombardment of junk from this firm is really annoying . They need to stop it as it is now very unlikely we would go back to them.
