I called in to MK Auto Motors to have a browse and the Salesperson went above and beyond to be extremely helpful. A couple of questions, a cup of tea and I was signing up for a deal. Amazing to meet a team that you can have a laugh and joke with. He was very professional, friendly and I felt he was honest and upfront. Sale took less than an hour and I was driving out in a new to me car. Fantastic experience getting into a used vehicle. No pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Perfect deal.
Purchased a car for my son. They were so helpful. No big oversell. Happy to answer any questions. The car is solid no issues. We had a great experience. As a female its important I feel safe with the information, purchase and customer service, which i did. Would highly recommend.
I sold my car to MK Auto-Motors Ltd. I found them to be fair, honest people who gave me a good price & collected the car as agreed. They also checked the car thoroughly so I believe they are careful with the cars they sell to ensure they are in good condition. I would recommend them if you are selling a car. I have no buying experience but I feel they are trustworthy.
After some horrendous experiences with other dealerships, MK Autos was a breath of fresh air. Steve was amazing! I bought my first car and I couldn't be happier. The MOT was running out in January and they updated it before I even got the car. They also sent the car back for more work when they weren't happy with the quality of service the garage provided. It was nice to see a dealership that actually cares and takes pride in the quality of their cars. I would 100% buy from them again.
Bought a car on finance. Collection went smoothly and the staff where nice on first impresion. Asked if there is no issues with the car, said no all perfect. Next morning got a Low Oil Pressure- Stop Engine message. Called to arrange a day to be fixed, asked if I can do it locally and they can refund the money for the fix as they were 2.5h away, said no. Got that fixed after a week by them and had to bring the car myself. After 2 week turbo had failed and engine run on oil. Called to get that arranged to be fixed and was told that this is not covered by the warranty. After a day of calling and arguing decided to call Trading Standards and reported everything. Also made a complain and investigation started by finance company. "Warranty" they give is not worth a word it says. AVOID AS THE CARS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE WITH MOSTLY HIDDEN ISSUES.
I bought my car from MK Auto in November and my sale was handled by Steve. The car was listed as having a full service history and was told the owners manual was in the car glove box. However when picking up the car, they did not have the service history on them and said they will get it from the previous owner. The manual was also missing and Steve said he was buying me a new one over the phone. It's been 3 months of me calling up and trying to speak to Steve who always has an excuse to put down the phone and never follow up. I am pretty sure I won't be getting anything from them at this point but I'd rather you just say you don't have it rather than palming me off. They say they serviced the car before I bought it but I no evidence of this. And I doubt a new manual was ordered for me. Very disappointed with the service. Avoid Steve.
Whilst I haven’t bought a car yet, I popped in earlier today as I live local, to have a look at a potential first car for myself and the salesman Steve was wonderful - super helpful and went above and beyond to provide the best service. I work in sales myself so I appreciate that he was honest and not pushy, will definitely keep an eye out for any other cars they have coming in :-
I can speak highly enough of Steve, I was at MK Auto Motors on a busy Tuesday day, Steve made his way to me as soon as I got out of vehicle and listened what I said. He offered me a selection of 3 vehicles exactly what I said. The following Friday morning I purchased my vehicle with ease and drove out. Thank you for your high quality service, Steve.
Was so excited to get my first car just after christmas. Just before new year last i went to pick it up.Was driving fine at first, it is an automatic Pegeout 208 13 plate. 1 month in i had Engine management lights and all sorts. Gearbox issues then started coming every few weeks. I contacted them which was difficult and they agreed to fix the problem. Went and picked it up to then get back to my hometown for the fault to reappear. I contacted my finance company who have accepted the rejection of this vehicle as i have had an scotia inspection report who has confirmed the car was dodgy at point of sale but MK auto motors are not accepting they sold me it dodgy. Really need to take responsibility as a car delearship. Awful.
The bloke I dealt with today is a crook. I put a deposit of £200 down on a car of which the panels were all different colours and the panels didn’t even line up each other. He refused to give me my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE - complete bunch of w@@kers. Reply to your reply. - that’s utter rubbish because when I reported you they said it is a civil matter and I will be pursuing this through the courts. You will not get away with this. IT IS STEALING.
