I went to look at the Ioniq range of electric cars (EV). To cut a long story short this dealership is simply not prepared for the change from petrol/diesel to electric vehicles. Poor product knowledge, no enthusiasm or understanding of the wider issues of the EV revolution. Just an half hearted order taker.

A pleasant part exchange for a used i10 with salesman Simon. Very simple vehicle change over online and taxing at the desk and a great well prepared car to take delivery of. Well pleased thanks, shall come back next year for service.
