I enjoyed doing business with this company today. I took my car to Bridge Autos to have a new clutch fitted. A great price for a good job. Car drives wonderfully now. Outstanding customer service. I felt welcome and valued as a customer. They appear to have a great range of cars on offer from beginner driver types to more advanced and luxurious styles. Fair prices too. I took note of their available warranties and will be looking to use these soon when my family members seek a new car. They assured me the cars go through stringent checks to assure the best quality for new owners, and having their own garage attached to the sales department allows for these checks and necessary adjustments to take place swiftly. Highly recommend!!
Danish and his team have throughly looked after me since buying my dream car from them Range Rover Sport from point of sale through to after sales they have been outstanding. Highly recommend them for your next used car! Thank you guys I will certainly be back for maintenance work and other bits I want to do to the Range in the future
My car needed a new timing belt, and they did a great job on replacing that, and for an affordable price. The communication was great, they could be contacted by phone, message, or WhatsApp. Highly recommended
I bought a smart car from them it had only a couple of miles on since new mot. When I got it home the bonnet was loose. Took it to my local garage. He put it through another mot it failed on three things. 1, Exhaust was blowing 2, bonnet was loose and not secure 3, head light was shining in the air. Don’t know who where they get mots From but I’m must be some back street outfit. Sent report to DVLA Need to get rid of these mot fraudsters

Purchased a car yesterday from Bridge Auto and very impressed by the whole service received. Danish was very friendly and willing to answer any question I had. Very knowledgeable individual and will defo be using them for their services again.
I did oil service and engine checking. I asked some questions like replacing the transmission oil, engine cleaning…..etc, they explained the details and told me it is not necessary in my case, which saves my money. They are responsive and responsible. Finally, they noticed my breaking pad was worn out, they suggested me to change it otherwise it may damage the break disc.

Jamal sold me a car that had an engine fault within a week in October 2021. Sent me to his car garage Stony Stratford Auto Centre to be fixed that he owns and they didn’t do the work!!! They sent me away after clearing the fault codes and were waiting for the light to come back on which with the fault my car had, it doesn’t always come back on immediately. Probably we’re trying to avoid paying £900+ for a high pressure fuel pump. I was also sold a car with the wrong tyres that I hadn’t realised at the time. Minis are supposed to have run flat tyres and my 2 front tyres were not this costing me money to replace. 3 months later finally he paid for the repair but had also asked me to pay towards some of the fees because it was out of warranty!! Then a couple of weeks later another fault relating to the engine came up making the car not drivable and he has refused to pay despite the law guidance I received from Citizens advice which is under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. So the car needs a new exhaust, oil fuel pipes that lead to the turbo and catalytic converter. My car has been sat at the garage since March 2022 needing £1700 worth of repairs. I have been through courts which he has ignored as well. AVOID AVOID!!!!
