ScS – Sofa Carpet Specialist

Dear All , This is one of the worst customer service experiences you can have from a company like yours “SCS” After being chasing you guys from day one the sofas have arrived ,it seems like you guys can’t communicate among each other and get the matter solved (how pathetic). I happened to buy the sofas on 03/12/17 from Slough branch at Twinches Lane SL1 5AD Sofas arrived on 7/12/17 eve and I reported the issues (photos attached below ) on 8/12/17 . The customer service informed the parts will arrive in 4 weeks and then it will be repaired after the first visit of your engineer (who clearly has passed the wrong information) We waited and then on the day when things have to be resolved the engineer says he “had glue spillage in his van so the only material that need fixing in my house happens to spoil “ so it will be another 4/5 weeks .(clearly he didn’t wanted to do the job hence the excuse ) At this moment we are already having enough headache. Now today the engineer comes Tony and as per him , he is only been asked to do one part rather then both “how bloody frustrating “ that no one has communicated . I am not at all happy to have things like this when I have paid you guys all this money. You guys just want to please the customer at the point of sale and then you guys don’t give a ****. I am really annoyed with the fact you guys just want to kill the time and let customers suffer. The engineer here today “Tony “ is fixing one part .really ????????? Can you please pass this to your senior manager or director that how bad and pathetic your service is . Guys I was recommended by a friend at work to buy sofas from you but seems like it was the worst decision I made . Hope your senior manager will read this and will contact me soon . Awaiting reply .

Completely agree with other comments. I've been waiting 2 years (!) for them to come and replace my poor-fitting and stained carpet. Doesn't help that they change branch manager every month.

This company does not even deserve the credit of 1 star. The worst company and customer services I have ever dealt with in my life. I am quite surprised that the staff don't turn up to work wearing clown suits!!! I purchased my sofa on January 1st 2017 which was delivered wrongly at the end of march. It took them nearly 8 weeks to collect it!!! Its is now October 3rd and Im still trying to sort out the correct paper work for this purchase. The store do not return calls if your lucky enough to get the phone answered, 4 days in a row I called constantly and had to visit the store, whilst I was there 4 clowns were working, no customers and I rang the store, the phone was on silent. Absolute joke of a company, spend the extra money and go elsewhere !!!!

The worst thing I have done in my 66 years was to buy something from this store. The staff just do not give a toss for their customers, and they just lie to you. They took my order and £735 for a carpet that they knew there was no hope of meeting the delivery date. Meanwhile, I had cleared the lounge of all furniture waiting for a carpet fitter that was a figment of someone's imagination. Please don't shop there - they deserve to go out of business. Lies-Lies- and more lies. What a way to conduct a business!

Never been there in my life but they telephone me every single day and then hang up when i ask them who they are. Really weird, unprofessional company run by cowboys. Avoid.
