Hey hey hey extremely happy to leave this review after suffering through a sea of atrocious customer service for sooo many years. Excellent customer service by 2 beautiful smiling ladies on the till while I went in to return an item an image I haven't seen in retail services for a while .Service was almost immediate. Finished in no time. Mind you the lady serving me on the till was in agonysome health issue and still had a welcoming smile.nThe staff on the floor was just as helpful. These ladies are an asset to your store Matalan and the best example of how excellent customer service should be. I hope you take care of staff like these who actually make your store a streat to return to. Just to let you know I visited today around 2:30-3 pm .nWell done!!
Light, bright, and full of fantastic value items both to wear and use. I really wish there were staff to serve us at the checkout as that would create the personal touch I miss.
I was visit matalan this morning. During the self service I need help and the lady on the customer service she came to help me and she was very rude she said I am very busy I have to serve other customer. She was angry before me she was already arguing with other customer . I always go to matalan but first this happened with me I was very disappointed.
Sad to know that some branches of matalan are closing down. They have lot of varieties in women section and really loved the clothes and purchased few of them for myself.
This place was alright. It had some decent things for a low price. Was less keen on the self service checkouts and the battered car park but products are good enough.nGood place for cheap school uniform too.
