Similar to other two reviews on here we purchased two 400mm pull out larder units for our kitchen. These turned out to be not correct depth of a standard kitchen unit resulting in my kitchen fitter having to remove the back off our kitchen units to get the to fit. However subsequently the runner/ soft close mechanism fails on both. We eventually got new runners from Rejs however these have just failed again over time. Really not happy with produce quality and poor customer service provided by this company. Avoid at all costs.
I've visited today the Rejs and was very pleased with the services they provide and quality of furniture accessories, and most important the price was very attractive. Definitely call you again.
The laundry basket i ordered was full of rust - see picture . Such a shame, it would have been a nice basket if it wasn't in such a poor condition : Update: After a quick call Rejs quickly sent me a replacement basket, free of charge, which was in fine condition. Happy with that solution, the customer service and the overall end product, I'm bumping up my rating.
Fantastic service and great communication - very impressed with this company and I will certainly use them again. I ordered some replacement bins for a kitchen bin unit and I was emailed quickly to ask which bin I had ordered originally so they could check I had ordered the correct ones. When this was confirmed, they were shipped immediately. Superb prices too - I ordered the original REJS bin from Amazon but there own prices are much more competitive.
Intimiding drivers who sat up my backside and did obscenities because I wouldn't break the speed limit. Great advertising for the company. certainly would want someone of thar calibre in my home. DO NOT USE. Good luck
Purchased 2 pull out 400mm larders wire works, first issue was postage took 2 weeks but the company made me aware of this as soon as I placed the order which I was fine with. After fitting in a customers house I was notified by the customer a week later, that a soft close function on one of the pull outs was faulty. I requested a replacement soft close mechanism so I could change it and I was just palmed off. Terrible after sale care!
Ordered the 270 degree chrome carousel. Quick delivery. Excellent product well made and very competitive price. Only criticism if any is the packaging not great. Ours was not damaged but I can see the potential for this to happen. I would buy again
Poorly designed products, complicated instructions for products, and upon reporting the poorly designed items, no compensation was provided for damage done to my units. The single star refers to the fact that they do at least answer the phone 50% of the time! I'd avoid and pay a little more for better quality products that work as intended.
My item arrived quickly but there was a problem as it was defective. Anna from REJS was very good to deal with and she happily sorted everything out for me. Great customer service and friendly too.
Definitely and highly recommended. Customer service of the highest level. For Mrs. Anna, nothing is impossible. there were some problems with Hermes, but Mrs. Anna sorted it out quickly. I recommend. Thank you very much, Mrs. Anna for all yours help.
