Very happy today. Excellent service from Antonio and Angie at Furniture Village Slough. What can I say superb caring no pressure at all. Listened to us and what we required. I still went to see 7 other sofa beds yesterday in 4 other stores and today I came back today because it's not always about the price, it's the service and after that matters too. Angie was clear and concise with all the paperwork. I knew exactly all the terms of my deal.
Angie was excellent in offering her expertise. She is polite and friendly and made then whole process enjoyable. We brought the Cinemax 3 seater sofas. Would definitely recommend
Angelica was very polite and amazing at showcasing all the different rugs and bed options. She went out of her way when one of the sample TV beds wasn’t working and ensured we could experience it before any purchase. Now we can’t wait till our new TV bed and mattress arrives!! We visited Furniture Village Slough on Good Friday to look at some sofas in person that we'd seen online. We planned on just having a look around at corner sofas as we've been wanting to change ours for some time. We were met by Morris who talked us through lots of options and was very patient while we repeatedly went back and forth between 3 options of sofa. Literally chaning our minds each time we sat down. Morris helped us decide on a layout, colour and found us the best deal with the bank holiday discount. He explained everything in detail, regarding caring for the sofa, delivery, care plan and payment. Our quick visit resulted in us buying 2 sofas and some dining chairs. We were really happy with the range offered at Furniture Village and the excellent service from Morris! Thanks Morris we can't wait to get our new sofas!
We were served by a very knowledgeable and attentive customer service personnel called David today. After 2 years since our last visit, he continues to be ever so helpful! Made our visit to the store all worthwhile; better yet , we left with a purchase that the whole family was happy with Collaboration between manager, Michael ,and staff/customers was cordial and respectful, a pleasure to observe. Our experience at Furniture village has been made fantastic thanks to Morris. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the products and their prices. I would highly recommend Furniture village and meeting with Morris.
Greeted very politely by Morris, he explained how the showroom was set out and asked what we are shopping for. He explained how we could mix and match between tables and chairs. We purchased a Kos table and Mars chairs and Morris helped very much explaining the finance options. Morris was polite, professional and very friendly. Thank you Morris so much, Happy Easter
Patient and polite service from start to finish. I liked that there was no hard push to nudge a sale through. We had plenty of time to think about things and not rushed. We interacted with quite a few staff members although Shiraz was the one who processed the final transaction and they were all equally helpful. Very much a team effort. Thanks all.
