Great service in store from Simon & his team. Delivery ahead of schedule of our suite with which we are well pleased. Men on lorry great & gave us a quick lift out with old couch. All good.

the service its second to none , got a new sofa ,and delivered in 4 days, thanks to the young lady who served me , you want a quick sofa this is the place,

Sales team were superb, 12 week lead time for delivery. Unfortunately Suite was delivered in the 20th week and ScS sales team were unable to give me a reason for the delay after numerous phone calls. I was in the process of cancelling the order when I got a phone call to tell me it was being delivered. The delivery team were fantastic, took extra care and checked the suite before leaving taking away all the packaging. My advice to anybody buying a suite from ScS is don't pay the money up front as I got the impression that they had my money and that was the end of the customer care. I'm happy with my purchase but why did I have to wait 20 weeks on delivery.
