Manager here is Marc Watson.nVisited with my wife today 8 May. Wife was looking for tub of Fried Rice. Couldn't find it, so disturbed 3 female employee's, who were obviously in deep conversation. My wife asked where she could find the said Fried Rice. One of the assistants pointed somewhere in the distance and said she'd find it there.nWife couldn't find it, so I said to one of the assistants could she actually show me where it is.nShe searched the shelves but couldn't find it. A Male assistant then announced they didn't stock it anymore. If I were Mr Watson, the store manager I would arrange for some staff training. Consider what's happening in the area surrounding your store. Bad attitude and poor customer service only drives customers away to the opposition. It's up to you.

One Star: Consistently Incomplete Shopping at Sainsbury's Their Mission for British Public Health?nnI'd give this Sainsbury's a mere one star, and here's why: I can never complete my shopping list here. Every single time I visit, there's something crucial missing from the shelves. Perhaps they're subtly trying to help me keep fit by forcing me to walk or drive to other stores. And, given they have limited the selection of meats with higher fat content, it's clear: contributing to British public health is their mission!nnWhen I moved near this Sainsbury's almost two years ago, I was genuinely surprised by its shortcomings. This was a stark contrast to the perfect Sainsbury's I had always visited in Dundee. Despite its convenient location and and a decent size, a supermarket should ideally be a one-stop shop, but this Sainsbury's consistently falls short.nnMy main frustrations stem from the limited meat selection and the frequent absence of fruits and vegetables. They never stocked short ribs, forcing me to travel to Asda or other Sainsbury's branches to find them. More recently, the removal of beef shin and 10% minced pork—both weekly staples for me—was the final straw.nnWhile further away, the Morrison's in Dalkeith has proven to be worth the visit, now my preferred supermarket. It boasts a dedicated butcher and seafood counter, offering the variety and availability this Sainsbury's lacks. If there were a Tesco Extra nearby, I wouldn't have continued using this Sainsbury's at all.

Good evening, today I made a purchase and the price of the product turned out to be higher in the receipt than it was written on the shelf. I went to the exchange service and asked for a return, to which the woman started shouting rudely that I wanted it and she would not exchange anything, throwing it at me and breaking the product. She said that the Ukrainians had already taken it and came here. It was a shock for me, and I promise I will not leave it like this. I will contact all services and I will definitely call the television and the council representatives will be called.

Great shop for doing your messages, quality produce, staff helpful when you need assistance.

Quite amazing how their security guard can take a can of redbull from the fridge and walk straight out to his car to drink it. They need a security guard to watch the security guard.
