This next store is by far one of the best ones I have been in! Clothes for women, men & kids! A great home section from furniture, accessories, lighting, bathroom & kitchen ware! Also a Costa in store which is great as you need a break from shopping as stow is large
The behaviour of two staff members was extremely racist and Islamophobic. They followed me throughout my time in the store. My shopping was not yet complete when they kept asking me to hand over the two pyjama sets, using the excuse that they would put them behind the till.
Great quality clothing, consistently good design, with something for everyone. This time around we were shopping for a new born baby clothing present. We really like their kids clothes in particular and it's such a large department it's like a shop within a shop. Staff are very helpful and service is excellent.
Next at Straiton good shop to walk around. And lovely coffee shop with lovely views over the Ponteland hills .
Decent variety of clothes etc and customer service is generally good. However a nightmare when walking in with a single/double pram. There is no clear walking route to the kids section. Harder with a pram especially during busy times. Layout needs changed.
