Excellent place to shop for sofa's, large range on display and trying them out is encouraged. Gary was on hand to help us and was very knowledgeable and helped us find a sofa that ticked all our prerequisites and explained everything clearly. We found our perfect sofa and Gary helped us place the order and explained how delivery and collection of our old sofa works. We just have to wait a few weeks....
Excellent customer service at the Edinburgh Store, particularly Gary who on our many visits to the store made sure we knew everything that we needed to know and explained all of the options, warranties and payment flexibility outstandingly. A great store with a no pressure sales force that only want to help if you need it. Brilliant range of sofas.
Just want to say a huge thankyou to Colin who has been an absolute star. Can’t fault his service! A knowledgeable man who is genuinely lovely. Thanks to Colin we have a beautiful new sofa ordered and the experience couldn’t of been better!
From the moment we entered the Sofology straiton store in Edinburgh we received a fantastic welcome by Gary. He left us alone to look around and was always on hand for advice. We visited the store 3/4 times as a sofa is a big purchase and each time Gary was on hand to help us along this journey. His expertise and patience helped us choose the right sofa for us without any pressure. Thank you so much to Gary and the team.
Lovely sales team up until purchase, aftercare is awful. We have not yet received our sofa after being delayed 3 times with no call to apologise or update us on the situation. Went into store to ask for help, and got told it was customer cares job not theirs. Asked them if they’re having known problems and got told we’re the first by the salesperson. Then phoned customer care and they said they’re experiencing massive delays due to shortage of foam, with this effecting all customers. So either the Sales Team are telling lies or the company is so disjointed that they don’t update expected wait times. Would not use again in the future. Unprofessional.
The review is not about about the brand or the sofas. It's only about visiting the particular store. I booked an appointment online before going in. But that was not checked. There were very few people in the store. The staff were very nice. They let you have a look in your own and don't follow you around. But be available to answer any questions. Overall good experience at the store
Amazing welcome and customer service. Aida helped and guided us to the right choice ... really meticulously for our first sofa ever. Beautiful store with a lot of options.
TERRIBLE! Do not buy from here. I spent HOURS on hold with their awful customer service who would refuse to cancel my order even though they have no idea as to when its going to be delivered. Apparently them not having the materials to sell the items they are selling is "not their fault". Interestingly on the website they are still selling it with the same delivery time as mine. I passed that delivery timeframe one month ago.
Lots of variation on display of the products for sale. Gary met us at the door and gave us a few pointers to help us navigate our way around. Very knowledgeable about all the products we asked about and very nice on helping us weigh up the pros and cons of each unit for our living space. Didnt pressure us at all and always waited till we asked before helping us again. Highly recommend his services.
