Livestock & tanks always meticulously clean, with enrichment and fresh veggies supplied.nnDog, cat & small animals well catered to, but find the reptile supplies seem a bit forgotten at times. It's generally hit & miss whether they have the size of frozen rats I need for my snakes, typically requiring rummaging in the freezer as they're not 'faced up'.nnStaff lovely & friendly, but checkout at the tills is so slow - it has the retail worker in me itching to jump on and get things moving at a quicker pace! We're also never approached on the shop floor to see if we need a hand, even when it's extremely quiet.
I loved going to Pets at home Pentland. All the staff were just so friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked with everything that a discerning owner and pet could want. There is also a veterinary surgery there as well. Will definitely be returning!
The staff are the ones who are taking the three starts, always very kind and servicial. You can find lots of variety but still not the amount that you are expecting for such a big store. Sadly, the prices are too expensive compared with other pet shops or even with B&M, just fee more block down.
Very unreliable, I wouldn’t recommend especially if your pets needs live stock. If there’s so much issues with the delivery why you don’t change your supplier? I phone couple of hours ago to ask to keep a box od small/medium crickets for my partner to pick up just to found now they are out of stock. Thanks for wasting his and my time and energy. They can even tell you when next delivery is and what’s in the stock. Joke!
Store was empty two staff talking about weather wanted tropical fish after wait ? I got my fish went to till /two on tills sadly line i was in there where 2 customers doing online application holding up the line talking about freddy the parrot girl at till was loveing talking about names for parrots and not a dam about line of people wanting served in end had to go in the other line to get served i complained to which i was told assistant helping with online registation bottom line store is joke
