Booked battery replacement. Not sure engineer knew what he was doing as it took him quite a bit of time. He couldn’t finish job as didn’t know he needed a security code from vw. He sent me across Edinburgh to another outlet so they could complete it. Job should have meant I was back to house within 30 mins rather than 3 hours!
I went to this brach on tue the 3rd looking for a bike for my daughters birthday this was cutting it fine as her birthday was on the Thursday, my daughter was looking for the frozen bike it was not on display so was asked Julie one of staff member's if it was avaliable and she could not be nicer said it was avaliable and helped us get the right size, then I said I need the bike for Thursday and Julie saw that I was having trouble arranging collection as I was working the next day she said she would make sure it was done that day even though they had a full diary, thank you very much Julie for putting herself under pressure to get the bike build for us fantastic service
I ordered this Bubble Bum booster seat on 26/03. The email confirmation said it would be ready from 29/03 and that I would receive an email/text confirming when my item was ready for collection.nn29/03 came and went, no email or text. Waited 3 more days and heard nothing so I decided to contact them and ask where it was. Guy on the phone says the order was PLACED on 29/03 not true and that it wouldn’t be ready until 05/04.nnStill no email/text on 05/04 but I needed it for that day so off we go to pick it up. The store is closed for Easter! This left me scrabbling for an alternative because I had assumed since the guy on the phone told me to pick it up that it would be ready and the store would be open, but I digress! I did manage to sort a short term solution so my sons birthday wasn’t ruined.nnIt is now 10/04 and I STILL haven’t received an email saying whether it’s ready or not, but at this point I am desperately needing it and today is the only day I have to collect it, so I go into the store and explain everything.nnOh, my order was ready. It had been ready since the day after I placed the order, so 27/03! Guy at the store is confused, I am confused, but at least I got it, right? Never mind the stress it caused! He told me to leave a review, so here I am!nnNext time I think I’ll go elsewhere and save myself the hassle!
I usually use the Hermiston Gate branch but it has sadly closed. I went to Straiton yesterday for 2 headlight bulbs and 2 wiper blades to be fitted. Stock was available and I waited only 10 minutes for a fitting. The lady on the checkout was so lovely and the guy who did the fitting was quick and no fuss. Much appreciated!
Extremely poor service went in to buy an electric bike no one around one customer already waiting halve hour for thier bike .nnAsk at custome service desk told only one member staff working on bike section. Then told me dont know when they can see me.nnSo bad Extremely poor service
