I would like to comment on the service we received from Angela on Thursday 8th  Sept. She was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and patient when we were deciding what suite to buy. She gave us time to think and weigh up our options without being pushy. A credit to your company

Angela in Edinburgh provided superb service when we were buying Botanic sofa. She was very helpful and pleasant and well informed. It makes such a difference when having deal with professional people. Thank you very much.

Angela was really helpful as we tried out all the sofas in the store, multiple times over several weeks, and eventually picked one. The sofas themselves are definitely a cut above those we tried in other stores around town, in terms of comfort and quality.

My wife and I came into store today and was greeted by Angela. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy with our purchase . Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.

Visited Natuzzi Italia Edinburgh on Saturday 8th October as have been looking for chairs for months with no luck. At last got what we wanted, a very nice assistant named Angela dealt with us. She was very nice, easy to talk to and helped greatly with her knowledge of fabrics,

Really great experience at Natuzzi Straiton Edinburgh. Angela was really great. No pressure or rush to make a decision. Gave us a good deal which we accepted. Search for our sofa bed us over.

Sadly we were pressured into writing a review at the point of ordering our dining table and chairs. The order has now been delayed and arrived with broken legs on one of our chairs and a table which cannot be built due to incorrect fittings on the legs. This is extremely disappointing given we’ve waited five months and hoped to have our new dining table and chairs in our home for Christmas. I’ve called several times and the staff have not called back as promised so I have no idea if/when or how this will be rectified. I would not recommend ordering from Natuzzi. The delivery drivers also told me that it’s nothing but problems with their furniture.

Cori welcomed us to the store and allowed us good time to browse. Helped us so much making a decision on fabrics and colours. Would definitely recommend

Angela was helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through sofa selection to ensure we chose a product that would suit our family needs. Would highly recommend Angela.
