Great place to visit and vast selection of goods. Large store to walk about on two levels cafe upstairs would recommend and competitive prices. Free parking at door and toilets inside. Staff very helpful especially kara on checkout.
One of my favourite places to shop for home essentials. I've had a store pick-up, a home delivery and I've been there in person to shop. For me, it was seamless each time. My experience with returning and exchanging items has been hassle-free. Got a little plant that was delivered with a shattered vase, and I was refunded, and a returned rug. The refunds are usually so fast. Also had a mop bucket that broke after a few months, it's always been too fragile to press down to squeeze out water anyway. But I guess that's what I get for the price range it was at purchase.nBut yeah, lots of beautiful things to pick from and there's always something nice in sales.
I just walked into Edinburgh Brunch to return a curtain in plastic packaging, but there was no paper with the curtain's name but the code was on the receipt. I was disappointed that the till person said I could go and swap it. I went to the store and wasted my time so I could be told by the duty manager and another manager, Jamie, that it was not possible.nAbsolutely disappointed with your customer service. Never walking back to a Dunelm store.
I love this shop, so many lovely homewares to choose from! They have a lovely wee Easter section, with led light-up tabletop trees, decorations including pastel eggs and felt bunnies and figures, and seasonal decorations, Easter baskets etc. What I really enjoyed about this shop was the extensive selection of curtains and blinds, many of which were heavily marked down in the sale, so lots of bargains to be had!nThe range of products available in bedding, lighting, throws, home decor, wallpaper, and accessories is very impressive! Plus they sell Zoflora products which I just love Highly worth a visit if you're changing up your decor or looking for something special for your home without breaking the bank!
Same good service, but not a fan of the new setting. Too big and doesn't have the same feel as the old store further along. Not tried the cafe yet.
